These terms and conditions “Utopian Green part of L&K Engineering (UK) LTD Terms" govern the provision of all and any bespoke landscaping product manufacturing and services by Utopian Green to our clients, referred to as "you" or "your". By engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Services Provided: We will manufacture bespoke landscaping products based on your specific requirements as discussed and agreed upon during the project consultation.
Deposit Payment: Prior to commencing any manufacturing work, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total project cost is required. This deposit serves to secure your order and allow us to allocate necessary resources.
Payment Schedule: The total project cost shall be determined during the consultation and confirmed in writing. The remaining balance, excluding the deposit already paid, shall be due upon completion of the manufacturing process and before the delivery or installation of the products.
Payment Methods: We accept payment through various methods, including credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, or other payment options as agreed upon. All payment details and transactions will be securely processed.
Cancellation and Changes: In the event of a project cancellation or significant changes to the agreed-upon specifications after manufacturing has begun, additional charges may apply, and the deposit will not be refundable.
Project Timeline: We will provide an estimated timeline for the completion of your project during the consultation. However, this timeline may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or modifications requested by you.
Shipping and Delivery: Delivery costs will be determined based on your location and will be added to the total project cost. We will provide an estimated delivery date, but please note that external factors, such as shipping carriers, may affect the final delivery date.
Installation and Handling: If installation services are included in the project scope, we will coordinate with you to arrange a suitable installation date and ensure safe handling and installation of the products.
Customer Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing accurate project specifications and ensuring appropriate access to the installation site. Any additional costs resulting from inadequate information or site conditions may be charged to you.
Warranty: We stand by the quality of our products and offer a limited 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please review our separate warranty policy for more details.
Intellectual Property: Any design, drawings, or intellectual property provided by us during the project remain the property of Utopian Green.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes, both parties agree to seek resolution through amicable negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties may seek legal remedies as permitted by the laws of the UK.
Governing Law: These Terms and the entire relationship between you and us shall be governed by the laws of the UK.
Amendments: These Terms may be amended or updated by us from time to time. We will notify you of any changes, and your continued engagement of our Services will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
